Among EIEF’s facilities is a laboratory for conducting experiment-based social science research. The main component of this laboratory consists of 25 laptop computers connected to a dedicated server over a wired network. A wireless network both extends the number of possible clients and servers and allows for the dispersion of experimental sessions across locations. The lab at EIEF is open to all EIEF affilitates.
Being located in the center of Rome provides potential access to a student population numbering in the hundreds of thousands. We are in the process of registering students attending local universities for our pool of potential experimental participants, which will be available to EIEF researchers.
Registering as a Potential Participant
You can sign up as a potential participant for experiments at EIEF here. Currently registration is only open to students of La Sapienza, Tor Vergata, and LUISS Guido Carli. To inquire about registering, contact Jeffrey V. Butler.
