XXIII Dissertation prize “Fausto Vicarelli”

On October 11th, 2011 the XXIII dissertation prize “Fausto Vicarelli” was awarded to Giuseppe Pratobevera (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan) for his dissertation “Corporate Governance, Controllo Familiare e Valore” .

The prize will be awarded by the President of “Fausto Vicarelli” Association on a date and place to be decided.

Scholarships for Italian students for the academic year 2011-2012

EIEF offered three Scholarships to Italian students wishing to start their Ph.D. in economics or related disciplines in a foreign university.

The 2011 scholarships have been awarded to:

  • Maddalena Galardo, from LUISS (Libera Università Internazionale Degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli). She will start her MSc/Ph.D. at the London School of Economics.
  • Vincenzo Pezone, from the Università degli Studi Napoli Federico II. He will start his Ph.D. at the University of California Berkeley.
  • Claudia Macaluso, from the Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”. She will start her Ph.D. at the University of Chicago.
